Congratulations to former Pearlette/Amicette/Archonette and now SOROR Teri Pridgen! (@trackstar.teri). Teri Pridgen joined the Sisterhood through the Upsilon Lambda Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. on the campus of Virginia Tech. Soror Pridgen’s mother is Soror Gina Pridgen, a member of the Delta Zeta Chapter in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Archonettes had a great December meeting! 💙

On 12/8/2024 the Delta Zeta Chapter Archonettes held their December meeting. The girls voted on a Sisterhood outing to be held in the future. Most importantly, they prepared 25 blessing bags to be distributed to unhoused members of the community. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. - Delta Zeta Chapter adopted 50+ angels from the Angel Tree at Briarwood Elementary School and the Archonettes also filled out holiday cards to be included with those gifts. Today the Delta Zeta Archonettes went to to attend the Teen Loft College Sundays event for Black History Month! The girls got to play some HBCU and black history themed Kahoot, enjoy some NPHC trivia, and hear from special guests about the black college experience! As advisors, we were so excited to see that our very own Soror, .was.here was in charge of the event and our Soror .tone was a part of the panel.

Congratulations to our youth for getting the 3rd Place March of Dimes Award at the North Carolina State Leadership Conference. We are looking forward to fundraising for 2023-2024. 🔵

Today’s meeting featured guests Soror Rosy Crumpton, a board certified health & wellness coach, along with her colleague Debbie Brinckman, also a certified health & wellness coach and a registered dietitian nutritionist. Both hail from . They led a discussion on mental and physical wellness, including stress management tips such as journaling, physical exercise, mindfulness and breathing exercises. They also reviewed components of a balanced diet, sources of protein, organic vs non-organic foods, GMO, and hidden sugars in beverages.

On Saturday, February 11th, 2023 Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. will be holding a webinar on teen dating and how to recognize red flags in relationships. This webinar is open to the public. Yesterday, the Delta Zeta Chapter Archonettes came out to 18th Annual Bowling for Babies and got to spend some time together on the lanes. Archonette Hailah Sessions won the award for Youth High Score. 💙
