Kidding Around Yoga with Synthia Kidding Around Yoga is a unique children's yoga organization with a line of original songs, games, and stories to use in children's yoga classes.

I am a Yoga Yeladim teacher, if you are looking for kids yoga with a Jewish twist. I offer adaptive and inclusive classes with additional support for the diverse needs of children including autism, ADHD, and SPD. I offer chair yoga classes for all ages including adults.

Last week I was contacted by a local author and she personally gifted me a copy of her book “CAPTAIN COURAGE AND THE FEAR SQUISHING SHOES” written by Stacey Marshall, illustrated by Andy Catling. This seemed like a perfect book to share today, the day my son starts 6 th grade. Should we offer a yoga storytime together? 💜☮️
