Kidding Around Yoga is a unique children's yoga organization with a line of original songs, games, and stories to use in children's yoga classes.

I am a Yoga Yeladim teacher, if you are looking for kids yoga with a Jewish twist. I offer adaptive and inclusive classes with additional support for the diverse needs of children including autism, ADHD, and SPD. I offer chair yoga classes for all ages including adults.

☮️ For adults: Join me for deep stretch at 9:30 at the Hut in Pineville, this weekly class is $8. Pineville Parks & Recreation Town of Pineville
☮️ For children, with an adult join me for yoga story time at the Matthews Library at 3:30. This class is free, and registration is required with the library.
