What are some of the differences between COACHING and THERAPY?

While I do have a background in mental health counseling & often approach my work with clients from a trauma-informed lens, my role as a coach is different than the role of a therapist. I am a strong believer in the power of both coaching AND therapy and recommend either or both to people depending on their presenting concerns & goals 🤩💛

The KEY to affirmations is consistency. Write them on sticky notes and hang them around your room, make them your phone lock screen, say them to yourself in the mirror every day 🪞
