✔️ Most think personality predicts behavior, personality is simply how someone makes you feel not how they show up
✔️ Most leave alignment up to chance, especially when decisions need to be made quick (transfer portal)
✔️ Most measure personality and are confused when culture suffers
✔️ Most don’t understand you can measure behavior, develop behavior and purposefully align a team/culture

What’s the significance in our role in the 2027 International Indigenous Games & Gathering for me?
It’s not about watching the 6,000+ athletes from across the world that get to compete in their sport, don’t get me wrong, my love of sports has me pumped up for this part...
It’s the seed being planted that the world is a whole lot bigger and a whole lot more connected than we are lead to believe, sports can help catapult this……
There are more opportunities for the collective and the individual when we collaborate and come together, sports can help catapult this…
Our strengths are already within us, refined over the years by our environment, culture, activities and what we believe is possible, sports can help catapult this…
What’s the goal in development?
1. Precise development of the uniqueness of the individual
2. Drive awareness of performance behavior strengths that are currently within, avoid the decades it takes to figure it out on your own
3. Show how simple activation + taking action can set you on a whole new life trajectory
4. Show how excelling in sports can accelerate life success if done intentionally, with purpose
This isn’t check the box development. This is intentional, precise, purpose driven all delivered to an individual at scale.

Here’s the catch - if you’re training the same things everyone else is, are your goals, expectations and aspirations realistic…
If you’re training the same thing everyone else is, are you truly giving yourself a chance to see how good you can be…
Sustained excellence is only 2️⃣5️⃣% talent
Parents + Athletes + Coaches
Most rely on talent, size, athletic ability but at some point it ALL evens out. At some point you wake up and all those things that made you dominate, everybody else has.
This is why you get guys that are 🔝 draft picks, 5 ⭐, biggest and fastest fade away without having the career that people anticipate.
When talent evens out, it’s all about the work you’re doing on yourself, the non-physical aspects of your craft, how you mentally prepare and the company you keep. Another words:

2️⃣ Habits
3️⃣ Crew
One of the reasons we get the results we do is our process to quickly narrow down, out of the thousands of things that could put someone at risk, the top candidates that could derail them. Then we work on ways to take those weaknesses and put them on a solid foundation or turn them into strengths. Just like watching game film, you narrow in on errors and fix them. Ours is simply game film for the brain.
