It’s NATIONAL NIGHT OUT !! And we’re getting the community (maybe even CMPD👮🏾‍♀️) jumping 🔥

We’ve partnered with Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department and the Meeting Place Church for National Night Out - an annual community building campaign that promotes police & community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make communities safer.

There will be music, games, food, and of course Double Dutch!! And it’s all FREE!!

Started with my full-time job, then powered through teaching 2 Double Dutch Aerobics Classes. Somewhere in between, I had a wardrobe malfunction 😂

No matter what the day throws at you, keep showing up, keep moving, and keep smiling. Someone is depending on your gift!
