WE ARE HIRING! Our daycare will be moving to a new facility in August 2022. We are in the process of staffing up, so all new hires will work in the current center until the new location opens. We have a very friendly and supporting staff!

Our center does participate in NC TEACH (even part-timers), which pays the full cost of tuition if you pursue a degree in early childhood education! If you have any interest in becoming a lead teacher or administrator, you can work your way up here. If you have any interest in preschool education, this is a great opportunity!

Part-Time Afternoon Floater for our daycare center. Must be passionate, caring, articulate, and possess great customer service skills. The hours will be from 1 pm to 6 pm.

Our center participates in NC TEACH (even part-timers), which pays the full cost of tuition if you pursue a degree in early childhood education! If you have any interest in becoming a lead teacher or administrator, you can work your way up here. If you have any interest in preschool education with little experience, this is a great opportunity if you are motivated and eager to learn.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

1) Assisting the lead teachers with classroom transitions and activities in the afternoon.
2) Maintain a fun environment for the children during departure.
3) Cleaning the classroom for next-day operations, following the centers' closing procedures.
4) Demonstrate a professional commitment to upholding the center's educational objectives.

Experience:
Childcare, 1 year (Preferred) - parents and caregivers are welcome to apply!

Education:
High school Diploma; GED accepted)

Other Requirements Upon Hiring:
DHHS Criminal Background Check (Required)
TB test Results (Required)

Lead Daycare Teacher (2-3 Years)

Full-Time Lead Preschool Teacher.

Must be passionate, caring, articulate, and possess great customer service skills. Experience with the Environmental Rating Scales is a plus. Our daycare is truly unique in that we care about our STAFF.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

1) Developing and implementing Lesson plans for a mixed age group of 2 and 3 year-olds.

2) Establishing and maintaining effective and ongoing communication with parents regarding all aspects of their child’s growth and development.

2) Maintain a fun, clean, and organized classroom meeting all NC State Licensing, Sanitation, ITERS, and ECERS standards.

3) Demonstrate a professional commitment to adhere to the school’s educational objectives while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

Experience:

Early Childhood Education, 1 year (Preferred)
