- your partner should be your best friend & biggest supporter
- you always have time for what you value
- your body keeps the score & if you stop and listenā€¦ your intuition grows.
-we are a product of our own thoughts
- if you donā€™t have your nutrition dialed inā€¦ youā€™re missing out on a lot of mind/body freedom
- Routines help with being creative & less stressed
- Communicating early & speaking your truth is always the best option
- Saying NO is a boundary and you can change your mind.
- Not every opportunity is a good one
- We (me/I) create my own suffering & also create my own happinessā€¦ starts with the mind
- Accountability is the biggest gift in community & friendship
- Alone time is necessary
- Your self expression is the most unique gift you offer to the universe.. donā€™t dim your light
- Love BIG & make sure the love you GIVE is also what you give to YOURSELF
- Be open to infinite possibilities
- The universe/God is always working for you!

the deeper message is that people can support you, but deep down if you arenā€™t READY or WILLING to CHANGE or GIVEUP you current ways ā€¦ then nobody can save you or help you.

No one can make you believe in yourself, no one can make you show up for your present & future YOUā€¦ but YOU.

BUT if you ARE ready for that change, then you need to surround yourself with people who REALLY WANT TO LEVEL UP TOO!

Point blank period. Iā€™m seeing my friends around me level the f up, itā€™s inspiringā€¦ it makes me check myself and also want more out of this life. More capacity, creativity, love, compassion, strength, peace!
