Becoming YOU is a journey. There will be many twists and turns. Many closed and open doors. Remember failure only happens when you stop trying.

My gift made room for me and brought me joy. 🎤

This weekend, my Coaches had a fresh pour! The teaching was elevated and the revelation was flowing. This time it’s personal!

Be a good steward of your gifts. You owe Him that much.

The time has come for you to not play about YOU. That’s it’s that’s all. That’s the message.

Y’all know we keep it poppin in these support streets 😂. I’m so goofy I laugh at myself 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I am a member of a very amazing team, Grind & Grace!! We love creating life changing experiences in all that we do. This is the place where ministry and marketplace successfully combine.

This is our first international retreat. We’re Dubai bound NEXT MONTH 😮. We’re also experiencing other firsts by taking a high school senior, college senior, and couples.

I’m asking for your support in helping us level up the business and spiritual lives of our attendees. This fundraiser is only going for four days so jump right in.

I’d appreciate if you could share or support my Double Good fundraiser. Link in my bio!

I know it can be intimidating or lonely when you’re in spaces and places by yourself. There may be little to no one that you can truly relate to. Ya know what, that’s ok!

There will be seasons that He has you in the wilderness, learning to depend solely on Him.

Whatever season you’re in, use wisdom and discernment. You don’t want to isolate yourself in a season of collaborations. It’s important to discern the season you’re in so you move accordingly.

Whatever the season, wherever the place, beautifully bloom where you’re planted !

Self-care is not an event for me, it’s a journey that will never end.
Self-Care for me is self love, respect, honoring myself, setting boundaries and etc.

I establish routines that change unhealthy behaviors to achieve MY optimal wellness. Everyone’s version of health and wellness do not have to look alike. I enjoy sharing tips that work for me in hopes that they will help someone else as well.

Share in the comments one of your favorite things to do for self care.

If I slap you 3 times and apologize each time, am I really sorry 🤔?
Love and respect yourself even if someone else doesn’t.
Also people cannot give you what they don’t give themselves 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Create boundaries and a space for you to be emotionally safe. You are worth being advocated for and genuinely cared for.

True self love doesn’t stop when you hit a set back.
In this video I specifically mention weight gain but the message can apply to any goal.

When we miss the mark or have to take a step back, being harsh and beating ourselves down doesn’t provide a solution.

I had a good friend totally CHECK me and the way I once spoke to myself. I thought she was gonna fight me about me 😂😂.

It’s ok to pause and reset. Be kind and compassionate with yourself.
We’re worth it ❤️.

After a divorce, many people have rejection issues and even question their worth. Unfortunately, some of this stems from past trauma compiled with divorce trauma.

That was the case with me. I already had rejection and abandonment issues that I didn’t have the tools to deal with. Then I was divorced, overweight, damaged goods, a terrible wife, and on and on. My ex husband didn’t say these things to me. Due to unhealed trauma, I felt and convinced myself of all these things and more.

Baaaaaaaaaby it was all LIES!! God’s word doesn’t say anything of these things. God didn’t then and never will He think any of this towards me. The same applies to you. The you that is currently in this place, and believing the lies of the enemy.

I said what I said. I believe what I said. I’ve lived what I said. Do you get what I said lol?
