✈️ TRAINING WEEK 5✈️

Another week in the books!

On Monday, our BCLs took the lead during GLPs, putting leadership, communication, and teamwork into action.

On Thursday, cadets had a Career Fair, connecting with professionals and gaining insight into the many career paths and opportunities available beyond ROTC.

From developing as leaders to preparing for life beyond the Detachment, Training Week 5 was all about growth, connection, and preparing for the future.

✈️ Training Week 4! ✈️

This week brought another round of leadership development, hands-on training, and opportunities to build camaraderie across the detachment.

BCLs learned the Joint Planning Process, strengthening their ability to plan, coordinate, and work through complex situations as future leaders.

BCLs also took on the O-Course, putting teamwork, determination, and physical readiness to the test.

BCs received a flag-folding lesson, reinforcing the meaning behind one of the most respected traditions of military service.

Outside of training, some of our cadets had the opportunity to visit Joint Base Lindsay Graham and attend an Air Force Ball, representing Detachment 756 and connecting with the broader military community.

We also said farewell to Technical Sergeant McNary as she begins her next chapter at another base. We’re grateful for her dedication, guidance, and impact on our cadets. We wish her nothing but success in her next assignment! 💙

From the classroom to the O-Course and beyond, every experience is another opportunity to learn, lead, and grow.

✈️ Alumni Spotlight ✈️
Detachment 765 alumni recently reunited at Acron Aviation in Sanford, Florida. Among those connecting were 2d Lt Mason Cooper (‘26), 2d Lt Andrew Palmer (‘25), Capt Jaron Marzitelli (‘20), and Lt Col (Ret.) Robert Isaac (‘76).
Lt Col Isaac serves as a flight instructor at Acron Aviation, while Capt Marzitelli and Lts Palmer and Cooper are currently enrolled in Introduction to Pilot Training (IPT), a key component of the Future of Undergraduate Pilot Training (FUPT) program.
This gathering highlights the enduring relationships built through Air Force ROTC and the strong network of Detachment 765 alumni who continue to support and inspire one another throughout their Air Force careers. From instructor to student aviators, these leaders represent generations of excellence and a shared commitment to developing the next generation of Air Force pilots.
We are proud to see our alumni thriving and carrying forward the legacy of Detachment 765!

AFROTC Week 3 Recap

Week three brought another week of learning, leadership, teamwork, and service!

Our BCL’s learned about ACE, gaining more knowledge about the Air and Space Force!

Our BC’s took on the O-Course for LRCs, putting teamwork, communication, and problem-solving to the test.

On Saturday, Cadet Hyatt and Cadet Denny-Lybbert represented the Air & Space Force at the Military Appreciation Game!

Finally, we closed out the weekend with a stadium cleanup on Sunday, putting service before self and giving back to our community.

Another week down, another step forward.

✈️ Week 2 Recap | Detachment 765

The second week is finished! Our cadets completed reporting in and out procedures, sharpening their skills through drill, and came together to celebrate a special milestone.

We had the honor of celebrating Major Gingrich’s promotion ceremony, a well deserved achievement and a great reminder of the dedication, leadership, and commitment he has given to the Air Force!

From accountability to discipline, Week 2 kept the tone for the semester. Remain focused, take ownership and follow through!
