Charleston Oregon Christmas Train Display Come join us at the Old Charleston School in the Library for the 15th Christmas Train Display. Will be open Dec 1nd- Dec 24th 6:00pm-10:00pm

Rusty and Debbie Shield share their passion of miniature trains with the entire community. More than 600 miniatures representing the small towns of Coos County. If the buildings dark, don't leave, lights are kept off to see the displays better. Due to increased popularity, this event has been moved to the Old Charleston School located at 64065 Seven Devils Road. Hours you can see this Christmas Train Display are from 6 to 10 p.m. Admission is by donation.

We just got word that we have to leave the Old Charleston School. We would like to thank Ryan and Tracy for hosting us. This means that there will no more train display for Charleston next year. We have enjoyed everyone that has come to visit and ask that people share this post. We will miss sharing it with everyone. Debbie and Rusty Shield

This year someone asked me what the old pictures of the train was. These are pictures we were given of Snug Harbor train that ran in the boat basin. Kids used to come ride it till 1986 when it was sold. It is now back in the bay area. If your remember the old train give us a like for this post.

So far we have had over 6000 visitor's this year. This is the 17 year for sharing and we want to thank everyone for coming by.

OK set your clocks. The Trains will open on November 28th at 6:00pm. We are still at the Old Charleston School on Seven Devils Rd. Hours will be 6:00 pm till 10:00pm every night until Dec 24th which will be the last night. Please share with all your friends to get the word out there. The more shares we get the more people will enjoy the event. There is no charge to come and look, donations pay for cookies, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. For those who missed the train Display this year you have one more chance to see it. Rusty will open it up for the Charleston Crab Feed February 13 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Hope you get the chance to see it.

CHRISTMAS EVE IS THE LAST NIGHT FOR THE TRAINS AND VILLIAGE THIS YEAR. IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN OUT YOU WILL MISS IT.
