Hi Bulldogs. Hope you have great plans for Memorial Day. The Foundation is preparing for the awards to show our Burke students how much we want them to succeed and become contributing and successful citizens.

We are finalizing the Incentive Award Program by June 1st in time to make awards at the graduation exercises and the Annual Student Awards Program scheduled for mid-June.

Place send your contributions for the scholarship and incentive programs to the post office box and notify us by email of your contributions so that your name and/or class/organization can be listed on all publications.

Attached is a flyer explaining the Incentive programs. Also included is an announcement of the 2021 scholarship recipients.

Take care, be well and enjoy your family and friends. Many are no longer here to share our presence and we pray for the families who have had bereavement times.

Good morning Classmates !! I mentioned to some of you before about this opportunity to give back. The R3 non-profit organization sponsors Laundry Matters which allows the homeless community on the East Side to do their laundry for free. I plan to take some supplies for this drive today on behalf of our class. If you’d like to contribute to the drive, the organization’s Cash app and PayPal info is on this flyer. I’d ask if you do donate that you put in the “For” information that it is from BHS Class of 1987. In the future I hope that we can sponsor one of the Laundry Matters free laundry events. I can get us on their calendar. Love y’all ✌🏾❤️

GM Classmates, Just a reminder about the fundraiser for our classmate Lashona Robinson's daughter on July 25th. We still have tickets available for purchase as well as to sell. Please reach out and be a blessing to our classmate. We will also need classmates to work the event that morning. Want to give a huge shout out to Keith Jones for purchasing 10 tickets to support the cause !!

The event is this Saturday April 13, 2013 ! I appreciate everyone who has made a donation and I look forward to receive donations from those who haven't yet. Please don't make me do these push-up for free ! LOL !
