Just finished this hand forged Damascus chef’s knife this week! Tried something new with the handle shape!

A common question we’re asked is, “What are those markings on the blade?” Those are forge marks from the process of hitting hot steel with a hammer! We could easily take them out, but we like to keep them in because they tell the story of the knife and that each one is handmade.
