Sophia Ligon did a clawsome job at winning the Home Telecom 2026 BCSD Art Contest! As the grand prize winner, the Philip Simmons High senior scored a $1,000 for PSH's art department and will have her work, "The Common Table," displayed on a billboard for everyone in Berkeley County to see and enjoy!🦀
