Out of my favorite herbal tea 😭 💔
Lately, I’ve been trying to drink more herbal teas…
-to increase my vitamin & mineral intake
-to aid in a smoother postpartum
-to enjoy something more delicious than water 😂 (but for real, drinking tons of plain water actually flushes minerals out of your body 😕👎🏼)
The blend I’ve been drinking is:
-Oat tops
-Raspberry leaf
-Alfalfa
-Nettle
-Rose
-Rose hip
-Peppermint
-Orange peel
-Corn flowers
I STRONGLY suggest learning more about herbs or chatting with someone you trust who knows their stuff. Safer alternative to Essential Oils (don’t come at me…I’m not saying it’s ALL bad).
Anyway…if you don’t have a person… is incredible. Check out her store. ❤️
Gonna go order some more tea now 😘

Hello Tri-Cities...we have arrived 😍
07/15/2022
Last night may not have gone as planned, but it forced us to pause for a minute and breathe.
We have been Go! Go! Go! since we pulled out of Charleston on the 8th and it was getting messy in the bus.
After getting our spare tire mounted, we pulled into a Les Schwab and stayed the night.
We snagged the first appointment and got some new tires (kinda over the waiting on the side of the road thing). 🙈🥵
We swung by and saw some of our very best friends and then hit the road again.
We are now headed to our hometown for a couple days and then onto our final stop. 🥳

Here we go again... 🙈
Damn retreads! Can’t wait to get all new tires...SOON.
Grateful, once again, for Shane’s calm and steady hands behind the wheel.
Board games and dinner until the expected arrival of help at 9pm 🤯
Bummed we are gonna miss dinner with our friends in Boise, but glad we are all safe and it’s starting to cool down for the day.
Also, shortly after we stopped...feeling flustered and upset at the situation...in flew a yellow butterfly. That sign and this cute face are making this situation not seem too bad 🥰 🚌

Utah! You and Wyoming with your wide open spaces, stunning landscapes, sunsets and wild horses 😍
Thanks for the reminder that even dry heat is 🥵
Can’t wait for the kids to see the surprise waiting for them here!!! 🥳🤗🤫

The sky looks like cotton candy in Wyoming. 😍

If you think filling up your car’s tank with gas is painful, you haven’t had to fill up a bus before 🤯😭
This isn’t even full y’all. 105 gallons would be full.
And yeah, I know the further West we get—the more expensive the bill will be 😒
Onto Cheyenne today...

Oh St Louis...some people are so distracted by your flaws that they can’t see your beauty.
You will forever be my favorite city. Until we meet again...❤️

It’s pretty magical going on a bus ride in a hammock...even better than the bumpy seat in the very back I loved as a kid.

Happy Father’s Day, baby cakes!
It’s been fun watching you be a daddy to a new little one again.
I remember years ago, when I was pregnant with Preston...many people telling me most dads don’t bond with their littles until they’re older...
I’m glad that wasn’t true for you. You shined in your role as “daddy” immediately.
Maybe it’s because you’re still a big kid yourself—either way, we are so lucky and so happy to have you. ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for always being involved in ALL of it. The pregnancies, the births, the diaper changes, the big and small decisions, all the ups and downs...
Thank you for teaching them to be brave, throwing them (frighteningly) high in the air as they squeal, for wrestling matches, tickle fights, pancake breakfasts and for loving them exactly as they are.
I don’t think either of us ever expected to parent 4 kiddos, but here we are and I’m so glad it’s YOU by my side 🥰😘😍

This sweet little guy was born at home on May 4th at 3:23 p.m. (9lbs 3 oz & 21 inches)
I swore the entire pregnancy it was a little girl, but NOPE!
For the record, 4th babies don’t “just fall out” 😆😣
It was an incredibly emotionally and physically challenging labor. It was like 12+ hours of transition. But we made it through.
Thank God for Shane, I could never do any of this without his love & support🥰💪🏼
Grateful to my mama for her presence and uplifting words, to my kiddos for their hugs, kisses and (mostly) fantastic behavior and to my midwife for her patience and trust in the process ❤️
Can’t wait to see who this beautiful boy becomes. Had no idea how much we needed him in our lives, until he arrived 🥰❤️
Welcome to the world:
LOUIS GENE BROWN
(Named after the city we adore and his grandpa who left us way too soon...he would’ve loved you to pieces little dude, but somehow I have no doubt you’ve already met ✨)
