This morning I got to sit with Laura Di Franco, the publisher and CEO of Brave Healer Productions in this mini-session about my chapter in Holistic Mental Health Vol 2.
Looking back, I don't feel I fully answered the question of Holistic Mental Health healing. So I wanted to take the opportunity to sy that, I want others to understand that other modalities can help on their journey.
Holistic healing addresses the root causes of health issues rather than just treating symptoms. By considering all aspects of a person's life, including their lifestyle, diet, emotions, and environment, it offers a more comprehensive approach to healing.
