Drop your shoulders, relax your face. Take a deep breath 😮💨
It’s okay to not know who you really are or what you really want or need from life.
We are taught what we SHOULD want and what we SHOULD like and what we SHOULD do from a young age.
I’m 36 and it’s only been in more recent years that I’ve discovered that:
Being myself is OK, it’s actually more than okay. I’ve been able to relax more, laugh more, love more, be more present, and I’ve been truly happy for like the first time ever.
