College of Charleston Honor Board

Executive Spotlight: Carlisle McCullough is from Savannah, Georgia. She is a junior pursuing a B.S. in Biology. Carlisle is a member of the Honors College. In addition to being the Head Chair of the Honor Board, Carlisle is a Vice President for Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She is also an Honors Ambassador for the Honors College, incoming secretary of Alpha Epsilon Delta Honor Society, a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, and a member of the Rho Lambda Sorority Leadership Society. Carlisle is a researcher for the Women’s Health Research Team and works with Dr. Sarah Maness as her primary research assistant at the college. Carlisle volunteers with the CofC EMS squad where she is also Supplies/ Equipment Manager. During her entire college career, Carlisle has enjoyed volunteering with the Charleston Green Heart Project. Outside of school, Carlisle loves gardening and being with her family Samoyeds, Bailey and Zoe!

Executive Spotlight: Michael Martin is from Charleston, SC and is a senior majoring in marine biology. Alongside being the Honor Board Social Media and Outreach Deputy Chair, Michael is a part of the CofC Running Club. Outside of school, Michael works as a high school cross country and track coach for Porter Gaud High School.

Executive Spotlight: Lauren O’Steen is from Rock Hill, South Carolina and is a senior majoring in Economics and Jewish Studies. Alongside being the Marketing and Merchandise Manager for the Honor Board, Lauren is the Parliamentarian of the Student Government Association, President of the Library Student Ambassadors, and Treasurer of College Democrats. Outside of school, she enjoys writing, hunting for sea glass, and naps in the sun. Lauren has recently been accepted into the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Executive Spotlight: Callie Wershing is a senior from Knoxville, TN who is majoring in political science and international studies. She is also in the Honors College and is a part of the Charleston Fellows Society. Outside of being an Honor Board Deputy Chair, Callie is the President of Phi Mu and is an intern for a non-profit in Chattanooga, TN. After graduation, she would like to go to law school.

Executive Spotlight: Reese Dickerhoff is from Vass, North Carolina and is a senior majoring in political science and history. Reese is also a student in the Honors College with a concentration in politics, philosophy, and law. Alongside being an Honor Board deputy chairman, Reese is the Chairman of College Republicans and the secretary for the South Carolina Federation of College Republicans. Outside of college activities he is working for congresswoman Nancy Mace and an avid golfer. After undergrad he hopes to attend law school.

Carlisle is from Savannah, Georgia and is a sophomore Biology major with a minor in Chemistry on the Pre-Med Track. She is the Social Media and Outreach Chair of the Honor Board. Outside of the Honor Board, she is training to become an EMT for CofC, works with the Green Heart Program, and is a CofC Honors Ambassador. Carlisle is also a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, Alpha Chi Sigma, Kappa Alpha Theta, Rho Lambda, and soon to be Phi Kappa Phi. Carlisle is planning on going to medical school to become a physician after she graduates in 2023.

Executive Spotlight:
Joseph Willingham is a senior majoring in political science and minoring in theater. He is one of two deputy chairs of the honor board. Outside of honor board he is a senator in SGA. Plans for after graduation are currently undecided but Joseph intends to run for elected office one day.

Senior Shoutouts: Kinnon Westraad
Kinnon is a senior Political Science major with a minor in Classics and a concentration in Politics, Philosophy, and Law. She is one of two deputy chairs on the Honor Board. Outside of Honor Board, she is also President of the South Carolina Politics Club, Treasurer of the Pre-Law Society, and Vice President of the Fencing Club at CofC! After graduating, she plans to attend Emory Law School to study Health Law.
