🍂 Homeschool families, help us build a fall field trip list! 🍎

One of the best parts of cooler weather is all the opportunities to take learning outside the classroom and into our communities!

We know there are so many great homeschool days, special programs, and field trip opportunities around South Carolina, and we’d love to hear your favorites!

Think:
🎃 Pumpkin patches & farms
🍎 Apple orchards
🏛️ Local museums & historic sites
🌿 Nature centers & state parks
🦁 Zoos & animal encounters
🔬 Science centers
🎭 Children’s theater & performing arts
🚂 Historic railways
🧑‍🌾 Agricultural programs
📚 Libraries & educational workshops

For example, the South Carolina Confederate Relic Room & Military Museum in Columbia offers **Free Homeschool Fridays** and educational tours for homeschool families.

👇Now help us add to the list! What upcoming homeschool days, field trips, or hidden gems should other South Carolina homeschool families know about?

Drop the name, location, date (if there is one), and a link in the comments so families can check it out. And tag another homeschool family who always knows the best field trips! 🍁

HOSA is a student organization for kids interested in healthcare careers. Students can learn more about different medical fields, develop leadership skills, participate in service projects, attend events, and compete in all kinds of healthcare-related competitions.
