We will be requesting pre qualification packages from all interested and qualified division 16 and 17 vendors for our newly awarded project in Northern Virginia. Scope is to include all electrical design and installation for a 127,000 square foot Christian school and church including exterior sports field lighting, as well as a performance level audio, video and projection systems with acoustical assessment capability. Vendors must have prior church electrical design experience and have a professional engineer on staff. Inquiries should be directed to Mark Fralick at 703 858 5915 before July 15th. This will be in all metro Reed publications for further information on 7/1/2014.

We are currently bidding Neabsco Baptist Church and Battlefield Baptist Church for our church clients. Neabsco is a 33,000 square foot new church building in Woodbridge Virginia and Battlefield is a 18,000 square foot interior fit out to a building in Warrrenton we built for them 5 years ago. We are still looking for pre qualified vendors and suppliers to jump on board with us. Call for prequalification package if you want in.

Its hard to watch these men work in this frigid weather, but glad they have jobs to go to, that they have warm clothes in which to do it and a warm home to come back to.

We are seeking qualified subcontractor partners for all 17 divisions for our new church project in Woodbridge Virginia. The project has been conceptually estimated at 7.5 million dollars and should start in March 2014. We are looking for team players who are long on relationships and understand the mindset of church construction and how different it is from a typical commercial project. After many County permitting delays, we have begun the work needed by our ministry friend in order to grow their church. Congratulations to Heritage Baptist Church in Ashburn for their perseverance to see this through. This has been a vision of theirs since 1992 and soon it will be completed ready for you to use.

Today we started the remaining athletic fields for our Ashburn church client. Softball and Tee ball fields are now under construction with all the bells and whistles including warning tracks and outfield fence protection. Soccer field is complete. Basketball and Tennis still to go. About 1 month to completion.. Play Ball folks!!!

Congratulations to Faithway Baptist Church in Leesburg Virginia on the purchase of their new church home building. They will begin a build out of the building very soon pending design finalization and permit procurement.The church is 5 years old and they been looking forward to this for quite some time.
