We love hearing all of the feedback from parents of students we’ve helped! Thank you Stephanie for your kind words and recommendation ❤️
“Since last August, our son has had the continued guidance of an amazing tutor and academic support specialist. The impact Corey has made on our son's confidence in writing and math has been outstanding! He and his team of tutors are specialized and experienced in their own areas from early childhood foundational skills, working with students who have specific learning challenges, to SAT/ACT prep for high school students. Corey's Company is Core Academics LLC, and he is currently making appointments for over the summer months. Even as we travel our son will be able to tutor with Corey via zoom calls. They are truly so accommodating and again, we can’t speak more highly about what a difference this made for our son this last school year! “

Core Academics is continuing to expand! We are now providing academic support for over 40 families!
Meet Aiden, the newest member of our team…
“Hello everyone! My name is Aiden, and I am currently a high school math teacher in Gilbert, Arizona. I’ve been teaching for 4 years at a school I love. Before working in the classroom, I tutored students in math starting at the middle school level, all the way to college math. My expertise is in Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry. Time spent learning doesn’t end for me. One of my favorite things to do is take a students’ interests or hobbies, and tailor the mathematics directly to them. Finding new ways to explain, analyze, and explore on an idea, is time well spent. “

We are so excited to welcome Joshua to our growing Core Academics team!
“Hello! My name is Joshua and I am grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge in math with other students! I’m currently a student at Arizona State University studying electrical engineering. I love tutoring with high-school students in math. When students are struggling with higher level math concepts, I love being a part of their progress as we work through difficult concepts together. I’m very familiar with Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and Calculus. As an engineering major, I am also familiar with many topics in the sciences, and enjoy helping students in those areas as well. I look forward to meeting you!”

Hello everyone! As our academic support services expand, so does our team! We are very fortunate to have Jackson working with our students in math and executive functioning/study skills support!
“My name is Jackson, and I’m excited to be working with students who face the same challenges as I did while in school. I understand the frustrations many kids with learning difficulties experience on a daily basis. In elementary school, I couldn’t focus in class and would constantly forget many things throughout the day. My other classmates weren’t having the same problems, so it affected my learning confidence greatly. I was 14 when was diagnosed with ADD. Because of my diagnosis, I now had the information I needed to find ways to help myself become a better student. I turned my grades around by learning concentration techniques. I asked for help from my teachers, and received the tutoring help I needed. Now I am an Elementary Education major at Grand Canyon University, and completing my student teaching in a kindergarten classroom. I will be graduating in December of 2024 with my degree in Elementary Education. I have experience in tutoring math grades K-9, and love to share my personal experience in learning techniques with my fellow students with learning difficulties.”
