Here's what most people don't know — the AZ Home Plus Program offers up to 4% in down payment and closing cost assistance. Minimum 620 credit score. Up to 50% debt-to-income ratio allowed.

WHERE IT ALL STARTS!

"Where were we supposed to learn about personal finance?" It's something I heard from students throughout my teaching career.

This is why I started Torrey Banks Presents — a financial literacy platform where personal finance, retirement planning, real estate, budgeting, and more get broken down in plain language, with real numbers, and no agenda other than making sure you walk away informed. Workshops and webinars are where we go deep, but this page is where it all starts.

With a professional financial background, over two decades teaching accounting at the college level, investment property ownership, and an active Arizona real estate license, my experience sits at the intersection of financial literacy and real estate in a unique way.
