Last Thursday, we had a wonderful time hosting two distinguished speakers, Professor Eric Johnson and Sangamon County State’s Attorney John Milhiser, to discuss all about being a prosecutor, as well as overpolicing, mass incarceration, and more. Thank you to our speakers and everyone who attended!

This week, we had an incredible time hosting Ashkhen Kazaryan, Senior Fellow at Stand Together, and Professor Lena Shapiro, Director of the First Amendment Clinic, for a discussion on free speech and censorship in the digital age. This week, we had a wonderful time hosting Judge Thomas L. Kirsch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit for a discussion on A Meaningful Career in Public Service. He discussed his time working at the Department of Justice and provided wonderful advice and guidance for our students! Thank you to Judge Kirsch and all of those in attendance. 🔷🧡
