We offer outstanding traditional martial arts training(Kuk Sul Do) for children and adults. Founded by Jason Zakrajsek in 1997, the academy is highly endorsed by local and private school systems, and has expanded the class offerings to include fitness classes, mma, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and kettlebell training. facility attracts hardcore adults and families alike.

Ms. Lori Jo Folger turned 70 last week.
She started with me in K*k Sul almost 25 years ago and was instrumental in the development of so many students.
As I have stepped away from the adult KSD program to focus on teaching Jiu Jitsu, she has taken the reins of a small group and continues to give back.
She is a TRUE martial artist.
Keep inspiring.

It’s been five years since my mom passed away.
She absolutely LOVED working with all of the wonderful kids and their families at the Academy!
She is still missed very much by us all!
