A special thank you to Tates Chapel Baptist Church for thinking of our faculty and staff at the Cherokee County Career & Technology Center this morning!

We truly appreciate the biscuits, juice, and especially the kindness and support you showed our school. It means a lot to know that our community is thinking of us and supporting the work we do each day.

Thank you, Tates Chapel Baptist Church, for making our morning a little brighter!

Meet Circool! 👋

We're excited to introduce Circool (pronounced just like circle), our new system for guest management and student check-in/check-out for Cherokee County Schools.

Circool helps us make our schools safer, more secure, and more efficient by:
✅ Speeding up student check-in and check-out
✅ Making the process quicker for parents and guardians
✅ Connecting directly with PowerSchool to keep information accurate

To use the new system, all parents/guardians will need to create a free Circool account.

📱 On Monday, August 3, parents and guardians will receive both a text message and an email from Circool with instructions for creating an account. Those messages are legitimate, so be on the lookout!

Want to get a head start? You can create your account today by visiting my.circool.com

💡 Pro Tip: Add the Circool website to your phone's home screen so it works just like an app.

iPhone (Safari):
Go to my.circool.com
Tap the Share button.
Select Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add.

Android (Chrome):
Go to my.circool.com
Tap the ⋮ (three dots) menu.
Tap Add to Home screen or Install app (depending on your device).
Tap Add.

Thank you for helping us make our schools safer while making student check-in and check-out faster and more convenient!
