The Illinois Law Enforcement Mobile Training Unit 15 is looking for a full-time Police Training Assistant. The Police Training Assistant position salary will start at $57,102.00 per year and will also include vacation, sick time, employee health insurance, and IMRF retirement. in 1954, the Supreme Court delivered its unanimous 9-0 decision overturning the 1896 Plessy v. Ferguson ruling as it applied to public education, making school segregation unconstitutional. Chief Justice Earl Warren delivered the opinion of the Court, which held that “separate but equal” facilities were inherently unequal and violated the protections of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
