Being a production assistant taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, and the importance of every role in a team. I learned how to juggle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems on the fly. These experiences sharpened my organizational skills and reinforced the importance of clear communication. Today, as a leader, I draw on those lessons daily, understanding that success is built on teamwork, active listening, and the ability to adapt to any situation.

The longer I lead, the more convinced I am that meaningful relationships are one of the greatest assets a leader can build.
