FCA has had a lasting impact on my leadership journey—teaching me what it means to play and lead for an Audience of One. Athletics taught me to handle pressure and expectations, understand my role on a team, and trust others to fulfill theirs. I don’t have to do it all. Those lessons continue to shape how I lead today: show up for my team, rely on one another, and encourage and equip others to use what God has given them.
