We are officially back in business!

After three months of navigating chick shortages in Cameroon and allowing our dedicated team time to reunite with their families, Flourishing Seeds Farm is fully operational. This week, we happily welcomed a fresh new batch of chickens to the farm!

Our team is re-energized and ready to deliver the exceptional service you expect. As always, we are maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness to provide an excellent training ground for future agri-preneurs.

Thank you for your patience and support. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting next chapter!

We proudly celebrate the successful completion of training for the first group of children participating in our agricultural skills development program. This first training focuses on the midstream stage (poultry raising). A total of twelve children from the Orphanage Sainte Rita de Cascia attended this initial training. The initial curriculum concentrated on the midstream segment of the poultry value chain

Beyond technical skills, the program also emphasized teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship. Participants demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and commitment throughout the training period. Completing this training is a key step toward our vision of equipping young people with practical skills that lead to future employment, income, and self-sufficiency.

Continuous improvement is at the core of what we do at Flourishing Seeds.
When we launched last summer, our traditional wood-and-fire brooding system got the job done, but it was highly labor-intensive and left a heavy environmental footprint.
A few months ago, we made the strategic decision to transition to a modern radiant gas heating system. The results have been a win-win across the board:
• Enhanced Animal Welfare: Uniform, consistent heat supports healthier chick development.
• Cost Efficiency: Significantly lowered our baseline operational expenses.
• Sustainability: Drastically reduced our carbon emissions.
We are proud to scale our production while staying true to our ecological values.

One year ago. Flourishing Seeds' journey began on the ground in Cameroon with the construction of the Steven Scott Wilson Farm.

In the same way that a farmer hopes to see fruit after carefully preparing the ground and planting seeds, we hope to see a variety of long-lasting fruits from this farm.

Big thank you to all our supporters. Stay tuned for more updates. With Scott Bennington and Paul Wilson

Hello dear friends and followers,

This past Summer, a team of five volunteers (all are members of www.F3TheCapital.com) traveled to Cameroon to support Flourishing Seeds’ vision and mission: to equip disadvantaged young people in Cameroon with skills and resources to become entrepreneurs.
Our trip to Cameroon was the very first and can be summarized in five points:
- We inaugurated the recently built Steven Scott Wilson Chicken Farm, which is already operational and will serve as a training center and business incubator.

- We met and interacted with several community leaders who showed a strong interest in working with us.

- We conducted workshops that focused on exposure to basic STEM, teamwork, and leadership principles. More than 200 kids from across three cities attended.

- We established new relationships with local organizations that are willing to partner with us, such as Orphanage Sainte Rita de Casia

- We distributed school and farming supplies to communities in need.

Would you like to make a difference in people's lives by supporting their education and training so they can become self-sufficient? Come join us.

Dear friends and followers,

I am excited to share that we have started activities on the ground with the construction of the chicken farm. This is the very first project of Flourishing Seeds. Thanks for your support. This farm is intended to serve three purposes:
- A business incubator through vocational training
- A source of income to cover operating expenses for our future school
- A source of healthy proteins for children who cannot afford to buy eggs or chicken
We are deeply grateful to you. Thank you for being a part of our vision.
