Pitching Clinic | Labor Day

Celina, Tx and Dallas area, we're BACK for our first session of the fall!
289 Sports Performance and MPH Performance Academy will be graciously hosting as we continue to develop the Celina and surrounding area to another hub of pitching talent.

With a steady pool of pitchers from prior clinics, we'll be moving to 2 hour sessions and dialing up the intensity.
If you HAVE NOT attended a prior clinic you will have to attend the INTRO session first.

We’re excited to partner with 289 Sports Performance to bring you an Elite 12-Week Softball Performance Program designed specifically for middle school and high school softball athletes.

This isn’t just another skills clinic. Every 90-minute session includes:
⚡ 30 minutes of speed & agility
🏋️ 30 minutes of strength training
🥎 30 minutes of softball-specific skill development

Our goal is simple: help athletes become stronger, faster, more explosive, and more confident while reducing injury risk and improving game performance.

🚨 NEW INSTRUCTOR ALERT 🚨

We’re excited to welcome Charley Wilson to our coaching staff! 🥎

Charley is a collegiate athlete at Oklahoma Wesleyan University with 12 years of competitive softball experience and 3 years of private hitting/catching instruction. She’s played at every level — rec ball, travel ball, high school, and college — bringing a well-rounded knowledge of the game to every lesson.

A standout catcher and hitter, Charley combines strong softball IQ, passion for the sport, and a commitment to developing athletes both mentally and physically. Off the field, she’s a Dean’s List & All-KCAC Scholar Athlete and graduated in the top 10% of her class with a 4.0 GPA.

We can’t wait for our athletes to learn from her! 💪🔥

Congratulations to Rylee Cassidy for being awarded to 1st team All district Pitcher. Rylee is a pitcher at Gunter High School and has had a great season. From a leader in the circle to being a leader off the field as well. She’s another great example of loving the game, putting in the hard work to do the little things that matter and mentality is on point.
Great Job Rylee!!

We are so excited for and her commitment to play at the next level for University of Arkansas-Monticello. Makenna has such a presence in the circle and a leader. Rises to the challenge and fully understands what it takes to compete mentally/physically! So blessed to be able to work with this young lady and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes in the future.
