We are back!!! After a long summer break we have our first meeting of the fall tonight! All are welcome, at 6:30pm we have social time before an incredible and very knowledgeable speaker at 7pm. In person with us an AOS judge and head operator of the judging center at the Chicago Botanical garden will be discussing show prep for orchid displays and any questions you may have regarding orchids you'll have no shortage of veteran growers to help. See you all tonight!!!

This Masdevallia Guttulata hails from the cloud forests of Ecuador, Colombia, and Venezuela. They are small and can be seen growing along streams. Also an intermediate to warm grower compared to others in the genus.

The Gastrochilus Japonicus also know as the yellow pine orchid is a miniature epiphytic orchid from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan. These sweet citrus pine smelling blooms are long lasting. A fun mini to add to any collection.
