We promise to aid in the quality of life of all students by providing A SMILE AND A LAUGH as often as our combined fortunes will allow. Our fight is to destroy boredom, placidity, and dullness on the sacred campus of this University. With our allied efforts, we will see it be a place of fun, laughter, and joy. We welcome all manner of jesters to join in our fight. We will wage war with the weapons we have. Our spears are our Hijinks, our sword is Tom-Foolery.
