Ngayong araw na ito, ating balikan ang hindi matatawarang tapang at sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani na buong pusong nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa kalayaan ng ating bansa. Sa kabila ng takot, hirap at panganib, pinili nilang ipaglaban ang kinabukasan ng bawat Pilipino.

Sa ating henerasyon, maaaring iba na ang laban, ngunit nananatiling mahalaga ang diwa ng kagitingan. Nawa'y magsilbing inspirasyon ang araw na ito upang patuloy nating isabuhay ang kabayanihan sa ating pang-araw-araw na buhay.
