Hi friends! What are you doing for dinner tonight? No plans? Well, hey, why not just head on over to The Replay! Chef Russ will be making his classic Chinese cuisine buffet-style (yes, with veggie and shrimp options too)! This is a fundraiser for the KCA Class of 2026 to support their senior trip to Portland. Starts at 5pm and goes until the food is gone. Thanks!!

Spring conferences are next week, April 8-10! Conferences are required at KCA; they are an excellent time to catch up on not only your student's grades but also their social-emotional health while at school. Plus, we love to have dedicated time to catch up with YOU!

Does anyone know a couple named Diane and Richard who live in CJ, I think on Caves Hwy? Diane visited the school a few weeks ago, and we're hoping to get in touch with them, but somebody (me) lost their contact information! Diane said she is a retired nurse and experienced seamstress, and Richard is a retired engineer.

Good morning, KCA families— SNOW DAY!

The district has called for a two-hour delay, but we are calling a snow day for our school! The plan was to do an all-school field trip to Jackson County, but the delay means our field-trip bus wouldn’t arrive until 10:30, which would cut severely into our time. We also are not in a position to put together a regular school day in place of the field trip, as three of our Teacher Leaders are out of the state at a professional development conference. Their absence would require multiple subs for every period today—and some of our subs likely can’t make it out of their driveway!

We hope to reschedule the field trip for a later date. And we will do a study hall in the near future to catch everyone up after the last couple weeks of influenza and inclement weather!

Hi friends! We will have a 2-hour delay again today. Unless there is an update from Three Rivers (generally before 7am), school will start at 10am with our shortened-day schedule, Stay safe out there and we'll see you soon.

UPDATE: Update: All TRSD Schools are operating on a 2 hour delay today. Buses are running on a 2 hour delay on their normal routes. Classes will end at the regular time.

All TRSD Schools will operate on a 2 hour delay today due to icy road conditions and unsafe travel for our school buses. At this time, we're watching conditions closely and further steps may be necessary. An additional update will be sent by 7:00am if driving conditions do not improve.
