On Saturday, April 18th, the Interpreting Students of Color were privileged to host 58 participants for our 2026 Summit: Colorful Allyship! We had people attend from various colleges, and states outside of Maryland. We cannot thank everyone enough for the love and support extended during the event. We were truly blown away by the turnout, active participation, networking, and overall success of the 2026 ISOC Summit! Our hearts are full reflecting on the joy, brilliance, learning, and community that saturated the event space in celebration of identity, strengthening allyship, and uplifting the future of the interpreting profession. ππ€π½π«We are deeply grateful to our vendors and sponsors whose support made this experience possible! Thank you for believing in students of color and investing in spaces that center equity, growth, and joy. π
