Senator Jake Ashby is encouraging summer reading through his 2026 Summer Reading Program! This free program encourages children of all ages to read for fun and discovery all summer long.

How It Works:
Students can visit www.nyread.com to log their summer reading progress.

Those who submit their completed reading form by August 21, 2026, will receive an official Summer Reading Certificate in recognition of their dedication and achievement.
