FYI~ Things are about to take a bit of a turn on the ol' page here as I lean on my strengths and experience working with kids professionally and as a new mom. Well, I was hoping to get two new listings up yesterday (great, big, exciting ones!!) but a couple of days with a dead modem plus an out of town hubby made for a bit more of a setback than I would've liked.... On the upside, a little extra brainstorming time made these even better products!! It is so much fun to think like a preschooler again, I've missed it!!

Enjoyed some craft time with my little Valentine yesterday. We made roses for her grandmas and one for Mama, just like we did last year! What a difference a year makes, she's grown so much and this is such a fun keepsake to have!

***Just a handprint and footprint on white cardstock, glued to a painted chopstick! Use a nontoxic paint or ink pad -baby handprints can be DIFFICULT (they're so squirmy and a painted hands feels neat!) but if this one turns out a bit messy it just makes the flower look more full and petal-y 🌹

Happy hearts day to you all!! Made these bad boys for the hubs yesterday (since he's on a plane today), they were a big hit!!! Followed directions found on ourbestbites.com with one adjustment- I glazed them in, wait for it... WHISKEY! A match made in heaven!! Mixed a couple tablespoons each of brown sugar and whiskey, microwaved 30 seconds, let cool completely and brushed on bacon before rolling it up. Did the prep work (about 20 min) the night before and popped them in the oven first thing in the morning, easy peasy!

I've been keeping busy with special orders for friends- can't help but stop and smile about the wonderful people in my life and how excited they are to support my new venture!

In between personalized party favors, cards, and new baby gifts (in blues and pinks!) I've been working on the last bit of legwork for my next product line... An idea that's been in the works for over TEN years! I cannot wait to see it come to fruition!
