It seems the start of 2026 has been rather bumpy for many of us. It definitely has been for me! My latest blog is a reflection on the winter season we are still in as well as reflections regarding the Year of the Wood Snake we are leaving and the Year of the Fire Horse we are entering--a time that calls us to dream big and go for it. I'd love to hear what that might mean for you.
I used to think life was "either-or," "one-or-the-other," "this-or-that," but more and more I see and experience the "both-ands" of life. My latest blog shares just how significant that experience was in October.
Once again, life has been offering parallels between my personal healing journey and the process of writing. It seems there is much to consider about both experiences ... for me and for others.
