Looks like a rainy weekend...
Eyes are always heavier when it's cloudy for me.
It's leg day for me so I'll being eating high carbs to try and power through 💪
Hope you have all had or will have a great workout today!

Body is still holding alot of water around the back of my waist...
This is a sugar issue for me in that I'm addicted to candy 🤫
It's a struggle to not eat candy in a day for me lol no lie.
Wanna tighten up for the summer so gonna knuckle down on the discipline and cut refined sugar from the diet!
Hope you are all killing it w diet and training!
