Our kids are excited to check our Incubation Station over the next 3 weeks while we wait for our chicks to hatch!

Today was a rainy day so we couldnt go outside for recess! So some of the kids decided to learn a new strategy board game called Catan! They all learned it so fast and if you have ever played, you know it's a LOT! Little geniuses! 😊

Last week we also celebrated their hard work in class by taking a field trip to Slick City! So much fun!!

I am behind on posting 🙂 Last month we had a Science Fair and the class presented some really great topics from ice volcanoes to elephant toothpaste, and even a water vacuum! They all did a great job and I loved seeing how proud they were of their work!

I would just like to take a moment to gauge interest in something for the 25-26 school year :) I have 3 toddlers entering into Pre-K territory and am considering a 2 day morning program for pre-k students as an option. VERY limited openings. Please reach out if you would be interested for ages 3-5.

This quarter, our newest additions to our group learning units are our Daily News Recap Videos the Stock Market Game! We are learning together how to make smart investments and subsequently how current affairs impact the markets. Each day, we have two teams of "day traders" buying and selling stocks in a competition to see who can make the most money by the end of the quarter!

The Number #1 Most-Asked Question when we start chatting with prospective families is, "What does a day look like?" or "What classes do you offer?" Here is a sneak peek at a week in the life of an AZ Arrows Student!
Math & Language curriculums are online and fully at the pace of each student. They can skip ahead quickly through things they understand easily and take their time on concepts they haven't quite mastered yet!
All other subjects are explored through group and project-based learning activities with a little help from our favorite books, apps, and websites!

In Honor Of National School Choice Week I would love to share some of our personal statistics for this school year!

✏️41% of Our Students were homeschooled before joining us. Of them, 85% tested at or above their grade level on their first day with us.

📓59% of our students came from Public Schools and of those only 29% tested at or above their current grade level on their first day with us.

I am so thrilled that we just completed mid year assessments, and we have gone from only 42% of our total students testing at or above their current grade level to 67% testing at or above grade level, and I am confident that it will be even lower when we retest in May

Today we learned about Lunar New Year!
We made origami snakes, paper lanterns to decorate our celebration, gifted red envelopes, made our own dumplings from scratch, and ate Pho and dumplings together! ❤️🐍🎊🧧🏮
