Shane, Chuck, and Andy have done it again.
If you’ve heard about the Tactical Anatomy Summit, believe it. Every bit of it. And honestly… it’s even better than most people can put into words.
Why?
Maybe it’s the caliber of instructors leading it.
Maybe it’s the hunger we see in the students to truly understand, not just perform.
Maybe it’s the level of training that simply isn’t offered anywhere else.
Maybe it’s because this is a shot placement class, not just a shooting class.
Maybe it’s the camaraderie that forms over just a couple of days between all of us.
Maybe it’s the constant refinement - taking in feedback, dialing things in, and pushing to make each summit better than the last.
Or maybe… it’s all of it.
Whatever that “it” is, it’s golden. And it’s something we don’t take lightly.
Andy, Chuck, Shane and myself are incredibly grateful and proud to be able to bring this to you all.
To everyone who trusted us and chose to spend your weekend with us… thank you. Truly. Your time is valuable, and it means everything that you chose to invest it here.
Calling this weekend “amazing” doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Thank you.

TD2 of the Tactical Anatomy Summit at Cohutta Pines is officially in the books—and it was one of those days you wish you could bottle up and take home.
Great weather, a phenomenal facility, and a group of students who showed up ready to learn. That’s a hard combination to beat.
What really stood out today was watching things click. Not just shooting better—but understanding why certain hits matter and how body position, angles, and movement completely change what’s actually effective in stopping a threat quickly. When students start seeing the human body in 3D instead of just a flat target, everything changes.
One attendee with over 30 years of fi****ms training told me this was the first time he had experienced anything like this. That says a lot.
We also had several medical professionals in the class—folks who already know anatomy inside and out—and even they walked away with a new appreciation for how shot placement shifts based on positioning in real-world encounters.
That’s what this is about. Not just shooting… but understanding.
Huge thanks to everyone who came out and put in the work. If you’ve ever wanted to truly understand what stops a threat—and what doesn’t—this is where that learning happens.
We’ll see y’all on the next one.
