Happy freakin Birthday to my fav Australian!!!! 🇦🇺🦘I’m so grateful for the past 7 years of our friendship 🤗 (I can’t believe it’s been that long). I couldn’t imagine getting through college running without you. Lots of ups and downs along the way, but still great friends through it all 🙌🏼
I hope you have THE best day today! I hope you eat lots of zaxbys and icecream (don’t tell coach 🤫).

Posting my a day early because I’m too hyped up! 🤩

Yesterday, I started Phase 2 of the 75 Hard Challenge. (See the last slide for all the tasks I have to complete EVERY DAY for the next 30 days🔥).
•
I’ve been following basically the same gym routine & nutrition plan for the past year. So this time I’m changing it up! 🙌🏼
•
I’ve boosted my calories back up to 2300, and I’m adding more strength and strength endurance sessions into my gym routine. 😌
•
I’m still tracking my “Macros”, but I’m doing a SIMPLE DIET. I’ve chosen a handful of foods for these next 30 days.
•
Nutrition is my BIGGEST struggle & downfall, so this is why I’m keeping it simple this time. If I stray outside of these foods, then I’ve “failed” this challenge & have to start over on Day 1 again. It’s that simple.
•
Chicken. Egg whites. Protein powders/supplements. 👉🏽 PROTEIN/FATS
Rice. Beans. Oats. Spinach wraps. Fruits. Veggies. 👉🏽 CARBS/FATS
IT’S SIMPLE. ✊🏽

It’s time to STOP MAKING EXCUSES.
It’s time to STAY FOCUSED.
It’s time to WORK HARD.
It’s time to MAKE A CHANGE.
It’s time to WIN.

I absolutely CANNOT wait to see my mental & physical changes in 28 more days.

Step 4: Get the right amount of pre workout in the scoop. 🥄

I’ve found my crew. They push me to become a better me every single day. We just met face-to-face a month ago. But it seems like I’ve known them my entire life. Find you some people like mine. These are MY people. ❤️

My way of becoming BETTER is by challenging myself. 🥳

🔥Phase 1 of the Live Hard Program🔥
•
I finished the 75 Hard Challenge about a month ago. So onto Phase 1 I go (a 30 day challenge)! 😈
•
I have to follow ALL the tasks from 75 Hard, plus 3 more tasks on top of that.
•
For the next 30 days, I’ll be following every single task listed above.
•
The new tasks are:
1️⃣ Taking a 5 minute freezing cold shower 🥶
2️⃣ 3 Power List Critical Tasks (only 3 instead of 8 because I didn’t have any power list critical tasks I was doing before) - My 3 power list tasks are 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
🔥 Comment on someone’s IG post with encouragement, advice, etc. - ENGAGE WITH MY FOLLOWERS.
🔥 Make conversation with someone at the gym/in public - Preferably someone new, but the point is to start conversations!
🔥 Random act of kindness - aka just being a decent human being! It’s more about being intentional.
3️⃣ 10:00 dedicated visualization - Goals for my future and what I want to accomplish in life. Let’s make it a reality!

I’m SO excited for this mini 30 day challenge. I can already tell these are going to be some of the best 30 days of my life. It’s going to be freaking HARD. But it’s going to push me out of my comfort zone, keep that selfless attitude, and overall giving myself a chance to really dig deep into who I want to be and what I want to accomplish in my life. ☺️
