My beloved friend Brooke came over today and we recorded video messages she wants to leave for her girls & family.

We cried and laughed and cried some more. We were struck by how surreal it is to be creating these legacy videos while she is still here.

“I can’t believe I’m dying.” and prayers for a miracle and deciding what to say to the precious little girls who won’t get enough time with their mama.

Brooke red stories, sang, and shared wisdom and memories from her life - but Brooke’s love for her daughters was the most profound and pervasive part of it all.

I have had the honor of facilitating community ceremonies along Brooke’s journey over the past few years.

In what can only be called a synchronicity of the Great Mystery, Brooke was diagnosed with the same cancer my mom had. (Triple negative metastatic)

To say it’s an honor to hold space for Brooke would be an understatement.

Even in the grief and great unknown, it is deeply magical and spiritual, truly, to be in her presence through this journey.

More will continue to unfold and we will pray for more time, more time, more time. Life is precious.

We already embody archetypes unconsciously & this work simply brings them into awareness so they can be transformed intentionally.

Identity work shifts the self-concept shaping your behaviors, relationships, standards, nervous system patterns, and reality.

Your life is built from who you believe yourself to be.

“Why is this healing for both facilitator and client?”

Because transformational work is relational.

Facilitators aren’t meant to be perfect. We are developing the capacity to hold, guide, witness, and move through transformation with integrity.

In doing so, we deepen our own self-awareness, embodiment, leadership, intuition, and emotional capacity too.

Business reflects identity:
decision making,

boundaries,

and capacity to receive.

Many business struggles are actually identity patterns underneath:

When identity shifts, business often expands alongside it.

Previous coaching, healing, leadership, or spiritual experience is ideal,
HOWEVER - Ambitious Beginners who have a solid foundation of personal work would do well here too.

and a desire to grow.

You do not need perfection to guide others.
