Twenty-five years ago, I attended "one of those parties" for a fun girls' night. I had no idea it would completely change the direction of my life.

That one evening eventually led me to become a Board-Certified Clinical S*xologist, create The Luv Diva, and co-found It's The Man School.

SDVoyager recently interviewed me about that journey—how it all began, the challenges of building a business in s*xual wellness, and why I believe healthy relationships are built through communication, emotional safety, and genuine connection.

Every relationship, no matter how strong, will experience strain at some point. Conflict is completely normal, distance happens, and miscommunication creeps in. However, there’s a big difference between a relationship that’s going through stressful moments and one that is actually broken.

Repairing a relationship is not about pretending nothing happened or hoping things will simply fix themselves with time. Real repair requires courage. It requires... (link in comments)

After graduating from SCU in July, my entire world expanded — the training, the mentorship, the business tools, and the deep personal growth reshaped me in the most beautiful ways. I knew immediately that this work wasn’t just something I wanted to do… it was something I wanted to live.
