Carlisle is hosting Bike Night also on the 23rd. School Street will be blocked off for two blocks east of 1st Street. You can park in the old bank parking lot, new bank parking lot and old Lion's Club parking lot. We are meeting for the school tour at 4 pm. I don't know how long that will take. Then we head to Stadium View. Each person is responsible for their own drinks and food.
