What an incredible way to spend my birthday!

If you know me, you know I usually don’t like working on my birthday. But today didn’t feel like work at all it felt like pure joy.

Getting to spend my special day homeschooling, learning, exploring, laughing, and creating memories alongside my students was truly the greatest gift. Seeing their excitement, hearing their laughter, and celebrating together filled my heart in a way I never expected.

One of the most beautiful parts of teaching is being reminded that learning should be full of wonder, curiosity, and fun. Today, my students weren’t the only ones celebrating, my inner child got to come out and play too. 🧡

As I reflect on another year around the sun, I am so grateful for this journey, for the families who trust me, and for every little moment that makes what we do so special. The smiles, hugs, laughter, and memories made today are gifts I will treasure forever.

This birthday wasn’t about getting older it was about being surrounded by joy, purpose, and the amazing little people who make every day an adventure.

My heart is full 🧡
