Emergencies can happen anywhere—and knowing what to do in the first few minutes can make all the difference. In partnership with Armor of Light, an American College of Surgeons (ACS) Stop the Bleed® instructor, The Homeschool Hangar is proud to offer this nationally recognized, hands-on lifesaving course.

The Stop the Bleed® program equips students with the practical skills and confidence to recognize life-threatening bleeding and take immediate action while waiting for emergency medical services (EMS) to arrive. Through engaging instruction and guided hands-on practice, students will learn simple, evidence-based techniques that can save a life.

Perfect for homeschool students, this course is an excellent choice for students interested in babysitting, coaching youth sports, teaching fitness classes, caring for younger children, serving in their communities, or exploring future careers in healthcare, emergency services, education, or public safety. Whether your student is preparing for their first job, building their resume, or simply want the confidence to help in an emergency, they'll gain practical, nationally recognized skills that can make a real difference when someone needs help.

Upon successful completion of the course and all required skills assessments, participants will receive an official American Heart Association Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED eCard, valid for two years.
