Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient registration, scheduling, and insurance-related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Register patients and manage patient scheduling.
- Perform prior authorizations and eligibility checks for insurance.
- Handle insurance verifications and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collect copays and manage patient billing inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a medical office front desk role is required.
- Knowledge of insurance processes, including verifications and authorizations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Description
Medical Assistant
The successful candidate will be proficient in patient triage, minor procedures, and laboratory work, with the ability to manage patient information within the EHR system, Tebra.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Triage patients and document medical histories.
- Assist with small procedures in the clinic.
- Draw labs and register them in the Tebra EHR system.
- Provide support to the medical team and ensure smooth clinic operations.

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant is required.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and lab registration.
- Familiarity with the Tebra EHR system is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.
