We are a cognitive development research lab at Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

Interested in how play and exploration influence causal learning? Or perhaps always wondered how children's thoughts of others may influence their beliefs about events? The CoCoDev Lab at Harvard University School of Education is currently offering a new online research game, "Water Displacement", for children ages 6-8 years old. Your child will play a game with the experimenter over a video call and will answer questions about what will happen to the water level after an object is submerged in it. This game takes less than 30 minutes, and you will receive an electronic gift card as compensation for your time! Best of all, your child's participation will help us learn about children’s development.
