We are so excited to introduce one of our most exciting panels from this year's conference “Making Music Videos: Representation and Collaboration in the Arts”

The panel will feature a household name in the Indian music industry—Ritviz Srivastava. Joining him will be Dheer Momaya and Dar G*i, the incredibly talented producer and director duo at the helm of Jugaad Motion Pictures, the production house which has visualized some of Ritviz’s most popular songs: Sage and Liggi.

Applications due January 30th

Hello everyone! We hope you and your families are keeping well amidst all that's going on.

We are delighted to announce our HUII 2021 India Conference, to be held this coming February 5-7! Delegate applications to be released EARLY NEXT WEEK—we hope you apply!

Given the pandemic, the conference will be held entirely ONLINE. We've managed to land a wide array of amazing speakers, and we are on track to have what could potentially be our best conference yet. We will be updating Facebook with speaker announcements—our first of many is J&K Lt. Gov. Manoj Sinha!

Given the heightened uncertainty stemming from this pandemic, many applicants have reached out requesting an extension on the application deadline for joining the 2021 HUII India Organizing Committee (IOC). We are writing to notify you that the application deadline has been extended until Monday, June 22.

While we aim to proceed efficiently with the application process and get IOC staffed as soon as possible to kick off the conference preparation, we of course understand that these are crazy times and want to be as accommodating as possible. While we hope this provides applicants with enough time, if you face tough circumstances and need more time—feel free to reach out to the contact email provided: [email protected].

We are excited to release the application to join the HUII 2021 India Organizing Committee (IOC)! Members of the IOC assume a strong leadership role in our organization and work extensively with the Harvard team to organize the annual HUII India Conference, to be held this coming January 2021 in Mumbai (more details to come).

The application is due Friday, June 19, at 11:59PM IST. The Harvard team will review all submitted applications and advance selected candidates to the final round (video interview). If you have any questions surrounding the application process, please do not hesitate to email [email protected].
