Today at the Deep Blue Summit, we are proud to share the WomenX Exhibit: Celebrating Women Coaches.

Created in collaboration with the Coaching HER® program at the Tucker Center for Research on Girls & Women in Sport, this exhibit brings to life original artwork by women artists honoring the coaches who shape the future of women’s sports.

Each piece captures something powerful, moments of focus, connection, resilience, and leadership. Through bold design, texture, and symbolism, these works remind us that behind every athlete, every team, and every breakthrough moment, there is a coach.

As we talk about growth in women’s sports, new markets, new fans, and new investment, it is important to recognize what sits at the center of that growth.

Women coaches are building the pipeline.
They are developing talent.
They are shaping culture.
They are creating what comes next.

The continued rise of women’s sports is being driven by their leadership every day, and it is exciting to see more attention and energy building around the impact they have across the entire ecosystem.

Wisdom Wednesdayyyy🙌🏼🩵

Ilona Maher isn’t just a personality, she’s a force in rugby and in culture

An Olympian and one of the most recognizable faces in USA Rugby, she’s helped bring mainstream attention to a sport that rarely gets it…. especially on the women’s side.

She’s important because she refuses to shrink. She competes at the highest level, embraces her physicality, and challenges outdated ideas of what female athletes “should” look like.

Ilona represents a new era: elite performance, unfiltered personality, and full ownership of your platform.

That’s wisdom…. and that’s impact.

Trailblazer Tuesday 🔥

Today we’re spotlighting Hilary Knight. Knight is a pioneer, champion, and relentless advocate for women’s hockey.

In light of recent events in women’s hockey, it’s an unfortunate reminder that respect, investment, and protection for women in sports are still not guaranteed. Even at the highest level, women are too often forced to fight for visibility and basic support. Progress is real, but so is the work ahead. Leaders like Hilary continue to show us what it means to stand firm, speak up, and elevate the next generation.

A multi-time Olympic medalist and one of the most recognizable faces in the game, she has helped push women’s hockey to new heights while consistently using her platform to demand better visibility, better investment, better respect.

Here’s to building spaces where women don’t have to fight to be heard🩵
