MemChurch Update: On this day in 1968, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King was assassinated in Memphis, Tennessee. In a time of unrest, war, and dissension, the Rev. King showed his nation both the great power and the great cost of peaceful resistance. In our own time of unrest, war, and dissension, the Rev. King's witness resounds. Tonight, at 7:01 pm, the time of his assassination, we will ring the bell of the Church in his memory. - https://mailchi.mp/harvard/memchurch-update-5546870

The Lenten Journey is now in its second week, and many of us are still wandering in a desert of snow from a winter storm that dumped more than a foot of new snow on Harvard Yard and more than 30 inches in some areas of the Commonwealth. MemChurch was closed on Monday and Tuesday due to the weather emergency, but we have a full schedule of events: Sunday Service at 11 a.m. and the Spring Concert at 4 p.m. Make plans to join us in the Sanctuary. - https://mailchi.mp/harvard/memchurch-update-5546742
